Kettlercise™ is a brand new fitness class that incorporates the use of kettlebell training in a friendly group atmosphere. Regular kettlebell training is typically carried out using heavy weights whereas kettlercise™ is carried out using light weights and is set out in a non stop routine that will work every single muscle in your body to ensure you melt away fat, tone up, improve core stability and dramatically improve endurance. It is effectively a three in one workout incorporating cardio, weight training and core training. An hour of Kettlercise™ burns approximately 1000 calories!

Boxing Classes

Wed evenings 8pm-9pm Beiginners Kickboxing Class

Classes teach real boxing and kick-boxing technique and provide an all over workout.

Wessex House is available for private hire for parties, film shoots,meetings,dance classes, wine tastings, training days, rehearsal space, yoga and pilates classes..in fact whatever turns you on .

Please note, we have fitness Classes until 10pm on Wednesdays so the venue is only available for hire after this time.
