Our group classes are designed to help you burn maximum calories and have fun doing so! Classes teach you real boxing technique. Not only will you get fighting fit in no time but you are also learning a valuable skill. Boxing is also amazing stress relief after a hard day at work!

Whether you’re looking to lose weight, tone up those bingo wings or get fit for an up and coming event, you will find our classes fun and enjoyable and effective. You will be amazed at the changes to your body in a short space of time. Finally a fitness class that really gets results!
